		<description>Evidence of the rainbow should be on a plate.  The other 2 can be photographic.
Although I actually think the challenge a bit strange including a non-resident.  
The Lower Monnow offers Brown Trout, Grayling and Chub as a more natural though admittedly less edible alternative.
The other thing my "nephew" forgot to mention is that they all have to be caught on a dry fly !!!!!
